The Alpine SPS-600C 6.5 inch pair of component car speakers are quite impressive! If you enlarge the above photos, you will notice the mids are equipped with a center mounted piece of metal. I ordered a $299 7″DVD, Ipod control, Bluetooth, GPS unit on another site for $299 directly from China with no brand name. While impressed with all the features the sound was no better than stock head unit. I ordered these speakers for the front and the non component version for the back. They sound INCREDIBLE and I am seriously considering not even ordering a subwoofer for my SUV. Crystal clear highs, mids, and surprising bass.

I bought these speakers about a month ago. I am fairly impressed by these speakers. Very nice quality tweeters. One of the sharpest and clearest tones I’ve gotten out of any speakers yet. Sometimes i feel as though someone’s playing live in the backseat. The bass part is good, since I love to blast Dubstep in my car, they’re not as good as when i first bought them but oh well they still play very nice. I would recommend these speakers for sure.

Awesome component speakers. I replaced my factory speaks with these in my 2005 TSX Acura, and experienced a definitive difference in clarity, volume, and bass. Recommend highly.

Added a 500w amp, have them playing of the ALPINE IXA-404 and WOW…. Amazing!!!! (2 Component in front, Alpine 2way coaxials in back and 8″ bazooka amplified sub) Great sounding speakers… add the power and let them sing!!!!

I bought these about three weeks ago and put them in the doors of my full size Chevy truck with a JL-300 Amp and they sound fantastic and handle the power great. I would recommend these to anyone that wants good sound with out a lot of power. I also have a second set hooked up to my other Sebring Convertible in the front doors with no amp and the Sony deck puts out 52×4 Watts and they still sound good in there as well. Good luck and I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
